One of the hardest part of the buying a house process is finding a good Real-estate agent. We were lucky to find Tom, he is the person you need on your side if you want to find the perfect house. He helped us so much, not on to look, set up visits but with information that can help you make educated decisions. He was always available to us for questions or concerns, even late at and weekends. He shared resources that made the entire process so much easier. We totally recommend Tom as your agent.

We seriously started looking for our home over a year ago. It was during COVID and the real estate agents were like sharks. I remember this one lady wanted us to sign a non-disclosure that we would have to stay with her. I randomly clicked on a house on Zillow and it connected me to Tom. While speaking with him on the phone, I told him my frustration with the process and then we actually cancelled a viewing with another agent and chose Tom to look at the same home. Tom was honestly amazing to work with for my husband and I. We would send him probably a list of 20 homes per week and we ended up spending every other weekend looking at maybe 5 homes a day. Tom was super patient and never pushed us to settle on a home just to get a sale. We were sometimes very demanding giving Tom last minute timelines and he was always patient. Because he was building his own home at that time, he was able to give little tips on how to envision and even knew way more information about the foundation of things rather than aesthetic. When we finally put in an offer on the first home, it was rejected and Tom told us not to worry and sometimes things turn around. That same house came back to us but we ended up seeing another home in which we live in now. We met a few real estate agents on our journey to buying a home and I have to say with full honestly that you won’t find anyone better than Tom. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, quick to respond, was able to navigate seeing many homes in one day, and very honest.

We were randomly matched with Tom through Zillow, and are so grateful for it. He made himself immediately available for us, was warm and professional, and helped us get the perfect house. As first-time home buyers, he helped us navigate through the time-consuming process, and supported us through difficult decision-making. 10/10 recommend him.

Our situation was a little on the tough side. We had a very small house that needed a lot of work when we contacted Tom to help us sell it. He came over and sat with us for several hours answering all of our questions and making us feel better about our chances. Well after only about two months we had an accepted offer. We needed to close on our new home before the end of August and again Tom was there every step of the way to assist and inform us at every step.
We never thought this whole thing would work out in our favor but on aug 31st we closed on our dream home and couldn’t be happier.
